We are an independent firm of general practice Estate Agents, with our Ledbury Office being managed by Louis Kimberley F.N.A.E.A. since 1990. In January 2005 he acquired the business and commenced trading as Kimberleys Estate Agents on 1st February 2005.
Once the acquisition was completed many improvements were instigated and KIMBERLEY’S can offer you a wealth of experience, plus local knowledge. Kimberley’s continue their membership of the very successful “TEAM” organisation to provide you “the client” with Local knowledge and professionalism, plus Regional and National marketing via approx. 350-400 other “TEAM” members. Therefore, anyone who has dealt with Louis in the past can be reassured that KIMBERLEY’S will provide professionalism in all they do, in the knowledge that he studied to be an Estate Agent and has been consistently selling houses since 1979.
Since acquiring the Ledbury office and trading as Kimberleys Estate Agents from Ledbury, the firm has now expanded into Malvern, with the setting up of a Malvern office in December 2006. This office commenced trading in January 2007 and at the same time Kimberleys Estate Agents LTD. was established with the Head Office being in Ledbury. The Malvern Office has been successfully selling town and rural property since the outset and provides the same professional service as Ledbury Office, with the firm being regulated by the National Association of Estate Agents and membership of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents.
